We took a cruise on the Naples Princess in Naples, Florida, and saw this beautiful sailboat docked at a residence. It looked so inviting (although I have no idea how to sail).
The sun was bright and shining down on this lovely boat. The reflections on the water had calmed down so as not to detract from the boat itself.
In post-processing this image, I warmed up the image a bit because the water was giving a green cast to the boat while the sky was giving it a blue one. I neutralized the whites that were in direct sun so they came out pure white.
I'd like a boat docked in my backyard someday. Preferably, it would be mine.
Why I do what I do: I enjoy uplifting and inspiring others by capturing and creating beautiful photos and works of art. I print them on a variety of materials.
