I was just about to go over these train tracks in my car when I turned my head to the left and saw the fog far down the tracks. I had to get the shot, so I went over the tracks and stopped my car. Leaning out the window, I snapped this image.
This is a classic train track photo. The tracks curve out of sight into the distant fog. The leading line follows the track from lower left curving into the middle right with the horizon at the upper golden horizontal line, even though it is obscured by the banks of the middle left.
I processed this image as Kodak Ektar 100 film because I wanted that old film look to it. The light of the day was not...
Why I do what I do: I enjoy uplifting and inspiring others by capturing and creating beautiful photos and works of art. I print them on a variety of materials. About the prints: For paper prints, Somerset Velvet and Metallic are good choices. You can choose your own matting and frames to match your taste and decor. Frame-less options include metal, canvas, and acrylic. The prints all look outstanding on these types of materials. Are you interested in learning photography? Visit my BLOG at NEGATIVEMOMENTS.COM.
